目的:观察感觉统合训练对剖宫产儿童感觉统合能力及注意力的影响。方法:260例诊断为感觉统合失调的剖宫产学龄期儿童,其中120例为干预组( n=120),另因不能参加训练的140例儿童作为对照组( n=140)。对照组进行常规的学习和生活,干预组在对照组的基础上进行为期3个月的感觉统合训练。3个月后,对260例儿童进行感觉统合能力评估和注意力测试。结果:干预组感觉统合能力高于对照组(p<0.05),干预组注意力水平高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:感觉统合训练能有效改善剖宫产儿童感觉统合能力,提高学龄期儿童注意力水平。
目的:觀察感覺統閤訓練對剖宮產兒童感覺統閤能力及註意力的影響。方法:260例診斷為感覺統閤失調的剖宮產學齡期兒童,其中120例為榦預組( n=120),另因不能參加訓練的140例兒童作為對照組( n=140)。對照組進行常規的學習和生活,榦預組在對照組的基礎上進行為期3箇月的感覺統閤訓練。3箇月後,對260例兒童進行感覺統閤能力評估和註意力測試。結果:榦預組感覺統閤能力高于對照組(p<0.05),榦預組註意力水平高于對照組(p<0.05)。結論:感覺統閤訓練能有效改善剖宮產兒童感覺統閤能力,提高學齡期兒童註意力水平。
목적:관찰감각통합훈련대부궁산인동감각통합능력급주의력적영향。방법:260례진단위감각통합실조적부궁산학령기인동,기중120례위간예조( n=120),령인불능삼가훈련적140례인동작위대조조( n=140)。대조조진행상규적학습화생활,간예조재대조조적기출상진행위기3개월적감각통합훈련。3개월후,대260례인동진행감각통합능력평고화주의력측시。결과:간예조감각통합능력고우대조조(p<0.05),간예조주의력수평고우대조조(p<0.05)。결론:감각통합훈련능유효개선부궁산인동감각통합능력,제고학령기인동주의력수평。
Objective:To observe the effect of sensory integration training on sensory integration ability and attention of school -age children who birthed by cesarean delivery .Methods:260 cases diagnosed as sensory integration disorder of cesarean delivery school -age children, among them 120 cases as intervention group(n=120), the other can't attend training of 140 children as control group(n=140 ) .The control group take normal study and life , on the basis of the control group ,the intervention group need attend the sensory inte-grative ability and the attention.Results:The sensory integrative ability of intervention group is higher than the control group (p<0.05), and the attention of intervention group is higher than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:The sensory integrative training can effec-tively improve the Cesarean delivery children's sensory integration ability , improve the level of school -age-children's attention.
