目的：隧道口感染是腹膜透析常见的感染性并发症，若处理不及时，就会发展为隧道感染。应用综合的护理措施及时处理对降低隧道口感染的发生率有重要意义，从而使腹膜透析患者的技术生存率得到提高，生活质量得到提高。本文通过回顾性分析2011年2月-2014年3月初腹膜透析患者4例发生隧道口感染的原因，介绍了相应护理措施。
목적：수도구감염시복막투석상견적감염성병발증，약처리불급시，취회발전위수도감염。응용종합적호리조시급시처리대강저수도구감염적발생솔유중요의의，종이사복막투석환자적기술생존솔득도제고，생활질량득도제고。본문통과회고성분석2011년2월-2014년3월초복막투석환자4례발생수도구감염적원인，개소료상응호리조시。
Tunnel portal infectious is common complications of infection in peritoneal dialysis.If treatment is not promptly, it will develop into the tunnel.It is important significance that applicating comprehensive nursing measures and timely processing to reduce the incidence of infection of tunnel portal.Thus technical survival rate of peritoneal dialysis patients is improved, and the quality of life is improved.In this paper, through a retrospective analysis the tunnel portal infection causes of 4 patients with peritoneal dialysis from February 2011 to early March 2014,we introduced the corresponding nursing measures.
