目的：探讨老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的社区护理干预方法。方法：2010年2月-2012年2月收治老年糖尿病合并高血压患者79例。随机分为两组，观察组40例给予心理护理干预、运动护理干预、饮食护理干预、用药护理、监测血糖和血压护理干预；对照组39例不作任何有关糖尿病和高血压的护理干预，只给予合理有效的常规用药治疗和一般健康教育。结果：观察组行为改变率、血糖及血压控制率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：通过社区有效的护理干预，可以提高患者的遵医行为，减少患者并发症的发生，提高生活质量。

목적：탐토노년당뇨병합병고혈압환자적사구호리간예방법。방법：2010년2월-2012년2월수치노년당뇨병합병고혈압환자79례。수궤분위량조，관찰조40례급여심리호리간예、운동호리간예、음식호리간예、용약호리、감측혈당화혈압호리간예；대조조39례불작임하유관당뇨병화고혈압적호리간예，지급여합리유효적상규용약치료화일반건강교육。결과：관찰조행위개변솔、혈당급혈압공제솔균우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：통과사구유효적호리간예，가이제고환자적준의행위，감소환자병발증적발생，제고생활질량。
Objective:To investigate community nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods:79 elderly patients with diabetic and hypertension were treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012.They were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group have 40 cases,who were given metally nursing intervention,sports nursing intervention and diet nursing intervention,medication care,monitoring of blood glucose and blood pressure nursing intervention.39 cases in the control group,who were without any care about diabetes and hypertension intervention,only given reasonable and effective conventional drug treatment and general health education.Results:The rate of behavior change,blood sugar and blood pressure control rates in the observation group is higher than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effective care through community interventions can improve the compliance behavior of patients,reduce patient complications and improve quality of life.
