采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对啶虫脒结晶釜进行了模拟与优化,考察了不同搅拌转速下的速度分布均匀性和晶体体积含量分布均匀性,结果表明高效轴流型桨SP306对晶体悬浮的效果较好,搅拌转速对晶体体积含量分布均匀性有显著影响,确定了90 r/min为优化后的搅拌转速。经工业应用,验证了优化设计的合理性,产品粒径分布有明显改善。
採用計算流體力學(CFD)方法對啶蟲脒結晶釜進行瞭模擬與優化,攷察瞭不同攪拌轉速下的速度分佈均勻性和晶體體積含量分佈均勻性,結果錶明高效軸流型槳SP306對晶體懸浮的效果較好,攪拌轉速對晶體體積含量分佈均勻性有顯著影響,確定瞭90 r/min為優化後的攪拌轉速。經工業應用,驗證瞭優化設計的閤理性,產品粒徑分佈有明顯改善。

By using computational lfuid dynamics (CFD), the design of acetamiprid crystallizing kettle was simulated and optimized. The distribution homogeneities of velocity and crystal volume in the vessel were investigated with different rotating speeds. It has been shown that use of impeller SP306 with axial lfow type has better effect for crystal suspension and rotating speed has remarkable inlfuence to crystal volume distribution homogeneity. The optimum rotating speed has been determined as 90 r/min. Through the application in industry, this optimum design has been proved appropriate that product size distribution was obviously improved.
