高校思想政治教育的教与学的主体都是人，人的心理活动直接且重要地影响着思想政治理论课的教学效果。从教、学主体各自的心理特点以及双方交往中的心理特点作为切入角度，来探索高校思想政治教育的心理学依据，进而总结教育心理规律，为提高高校思想政治理论课的教学效果提供又一新的实践理论。

Individual is the subject and object of college ideological and political education.Mental activity has a direct and important impact on education effects.Respective psychological characteristics and their psychological characteristics in interaction as breakthrough point,psychological basis of ideological and political education are ex-plored,while psychological law of education are summarized,which has provided a new practical theory to improve teaching effect of college ideological and political education .
