目的：探讨直接涂片染色、细菌分离培养、BV试验3种方法对诊断细菌性阴道病的临床意义。方法：2012年3月-2014年2月收治怀疑为细菌性阴道病患者600例，均进行采集阴道后穹隆分泌物，做细菌培养、涂片革兰染色镜检线索细胞和BV试验。结果：本组600例疑似患者，经过金标检验方法确诊136例，其中直接涂片染色检出66例(48.5%)，细菌分离培养检出30例(22.1%)，BV 试验检检出40例(29.4%)，3种方法阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：直接涂片染色法简便、快捷，可以作为筛查的首选方法。细菌分离培养准确率高，但是培养阳性率低。BV试验是一种快速敏感、简便易操作的操作方法。各方法具有各自的优点，临床要根据具体情况选择不同的检查方法。

Objective:To investigate the 3 methods of direct smear staining,isolation and cultivation of bacteria,BV test in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis and clinical significance.Methods:600 suspected cases of patients with bacterial vaginosis were treated from March 2012 to February 2014.All cases were collected the vagina secretion,which was tested throuth bacterial culture,smear Gram staining microscopic examination of clue cell and BV test.Results:In 600 cases of suspected patients, 136 cases were diagnosed by the gold standard test method.Direct smear staining detected 66 cases(48.5%).Isolation and cultivation of bacteria were detected in 30 cases(22.1%).The BV test detected 40 cases(29.4%).The positive rate of 3 methods had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Direct smear staining method is simple and fast,as the preferred method of screening.Isolation and culture of bacteria is with high accuracy,but culture positive rate is low.The BV test is a rapid and sensitive method of operation,simple and easy to operate.Every method has the advantages of each clinical department.We should select the different method ccording to specific situation.
