目的：探讨脑脊液细胞学检查在中枢神经系统感染性疾病中的应用。方法：回顾分析47例异常脑脊液细胞学检查。结果：47例脑脊液细胞学检查异常病例中，化脓性脑膜脑炎8例，结核性脑膜脑炎9例，病毒性脑膜脑炎11例，霉菌性脑膜脑炎2例，寄生虫感染2例；其余15例，其中包含多发性硬化8例，格林巴利症3例，脊髓炎3例，肿瘤1例。大部分中枢神经系统感染通过脑脊液细胞检查就可确诊，有时尚需结合其他检查，最后都能得到确诊。结论：脑脊液细胞学检查能为中枢神经系统感染性疾病的病因诊断提供客观依据，并能为临床药物疗效评价提供依据。脑脊液细胞学检查对中枢神经系统感染性疾病有重要的诊断价值。
目的：探討腦脊液細胞學檢查在中樞神經繫統感染性疾病中的應用。方法：迴顧分析47例異常腦脊液細胞學檢查。結果：47例腦脊液細胞學檢查異常病例中，化膿性腦膜腦炎8例，結覈性腦膜腦炎9例，病毒性腦膜腦炎11例，黴菌性腦膜腦炎2例，寄生蟲感染2例；其餘15例，其中包含多髮性硬化8例，格林巴利癥3例，脊髓炎3例，腫瘤1例。大部分中樞神經繫統感染通過腦脊液細胞檢查就可確診，有時尚需結閤其他檢查，最後都能得到確診。結論：腦脊液細胞學檢查能為中樞神經繫統感染性疾病的病因診斷提供客觀依據，併能為臨床藥物療效評價提供依據。腦脊液細胞學檢查對中樞神經繫統感染性疾病有重要的診斷價值。
목적：탐토뇌척액세포학검사재중추신경계통감염성질병중적응용。방법：회고분석47례이상뇌척액세포학검사。결과：47례뇌척액세포학검사이상병례중，화농성뇌막뇌염8례，결핵성뇌막뇌염9례，병독성뇌막뇌염11례，매균성뇌막뇌염2례，기생충감염2례；기여15례，기중포함다발성경화8례，격림파리증3례，척수염3례，종류1례。대부분중추신경계통감염통과뇌척액세포검사취가학진，유시상수결합기타검사，최후도능득도학진。결론：뇌척액세포학검사능위중추신경계통감염성질병적병인진단제공객관의거，병능위림상약물료효평개제공의거。뇌척액세포학검사대중추신경계통감염성질병유중요적진단개치。
Objective:To discuss the application of cerebrospinal fluid cytology examination in the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system infectious diseases.Methods:47 cases of abnormal cerebrospinal fluid cytology examination were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 47 cases, 8 cases of encephalitis, tuberculous meninges, 9 cases of encephalitis, viral meninges, 11 cases of encephalitis, mould sex meningioma, 2 cases of encephalitis, 2 cases of parasite infection.In the rest of 15 cases, including 8 cases of multiple sclerosis, 3 cases of green Barry, 3 cases of myelitis, 1 case of tumor.Most of the central nervous system infection by cerebrospinal fluid cell check can be diagnosed. There sometimes should be combined with other, and finally can be confirmed.Conclusion:Cerebrospinal fluid cytology examination can provide an objective basis for etiological diagnosis of central nervous system infectious diseases, and provide evidence for clinical drug efficacy evaluation.Cerebrospinal fluid cytology examination has an important diagnostic value in central nervous system infectious diseases.
