目的：研究异丙酚复合芬太尼在人工流产手术中的应用效果。方法：2011年7月-2013年8月收治拟进行人工流产手术患者150例，随机分为观察组及对照组，对照组术中给予异丙酚镇痛，而观察组术中给予异丙酚及芬太尼镇痛，观察镇痛效果。结果：观察组优37例，良35例，差3例，总有效率96.0%；对照组优23例，良41例，差11例，总有效率85.3%。观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：异丙酚复合芬太尼在人工流产手术中镇痛效果满意，建议在临床中推广应用。

목적：연구이병분복합분태니재인공유산수술중적응용효과。방법：2011년7월-2013년8월수치의진행인공유산수술환자150례，수궤분위관찰조급대조조，대조조술중급여이병분진통，이관찰조술중급여이병분급분태니진통，관찰진통효과。결과：관찰조우37례，량35례，차3례，총유효솔96.0%；대조조우23례，량41례，차11례，총유효솔85.3%。관찰조총유효솔고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：이병분복합분태니재인공유산수술중진통효과만의，건의재림상중추엄응용。
Objective:To study the application effect of propofol compound fentanyl in artificial abortion.Methods:150 cases of patients with artificial abortion operation were admitted from July 2011 to August 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given propofol analgesia during operation,and the observation group were given propofol compound fentanyl analgesia during operation.And then observe the analgesia effect.Results:37 cases were excellent,35 cases were good,3 cases were poor,and the total effective rate was 96% in the observation group.23 cases were excellent,41 cases were good,11 cases were poor,and the total effective rate was 85.3% in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Propofol compound fentanyl in artificial abortion has satisfactory analgesia,so it was suggested to popularize applicate in clinical.
