目的：探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性胃炎伴轻中度抑郁焦虑的患者80例，随机分为两组。对照组采用常规消化内科治疗；治疗组采用常规消化内科治疗+氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)，1片/日。治疗4周分别评价疗效。结果：氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，且精神症状明显改善。结论：氟哌噻吨美利曲辛可通过改善焦虑抑郁症状，提高慢性胃炎的治疗效果。

목적：탐토불고새둔미리곡신치료만성위염적림상료효。방법：수치만성위염반경중도억욱초필적환자80례，수궤분위량조。대조조채용상규소화내과치료；치료조채용상규소화내과치료+불고새둔미리곡신편(대력신)，1편/일。치료4주분별평개료효。결과：불고새둔미리곡신치료조림상료효우우대조조，차정신증상명현개선。결론：불고새둔미리곡신가통과개선초필억욱증상，제고만성위염적치료효과。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods:We selected 80 cases of chronic gastritis with mild to moderate depression and anxiety of patients.These patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of Digestive System Department. The treatment group was treated with conventional treatment of Digestive System Department plus Flupentixol and melitracen tablets(Dai Lixin),1 tablet/day.Efficacy of the two groups was evaluated at 4 weeks after treatment.Results:The clinical curative effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of chronic gastritis was better than that of the control group,and the mental symptoms were improved remarkably.Conclusion:Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic gastritis by improving the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
