目的：探讨营养治疗对2型糖尿病治疗达标的影响。方法：2011年8月-2013年8月收治2型糖尿病患者120例，随机分成对照组58例和治疗组62例。对照组采用医院常规治疗，治疗组采用营养治疗，疗程6个月，比较两组患者治疗前后血糖恢复情况。结果：治疗组患者血糖恢复正常总有效率91.7%，高于对照组患者血糖恢复正常总有效率80%，且两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：营养治疗对2型糖尿病患者具有显著疗效，能有效改善患者的血糖浓度，提高患者的生活质量以及对饮食治疗的依从性，从而达到减少并发症的目的。
목적：탐토영양치료대2형당뇨병치료체표적영향。방법：2011년8월-2013년8월수치2형당뇨병환자120례，수궤분성대조조58례화치료조62례。대조조채용의원상규치료，치료조채용영양치료，료정6개월，비교량조환자치료전후혈당회복정황。결과：치료조환자혈당회복정상총유효솔91.7%，고우대조조환자혈당회복정상총유효솔80%，차량조수거차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：영양치료대2형당뇨병환자구유현저료효，능유효개선환자적혈당농도，제고환자적생활질량이급대음식치료적의종성，종이체도감소병발증적목적。
Objective:To investigate the nutrition therapy compliance impact in type 2 diabetes.Method:120 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013.They were randomly divided into control group of 58 cases and treatment group of 62 cases.Patients in the control group using conventional hospital treatment,the treatment group received nutritional therapy,treatment for 6 months.Then compare blood glucose recovery before and after treatment in patients of two groups.Results:Total efficiency of patients returned to normal blood glucose in the treatment group was 91.7%,higher than total efficiency of 80% in the control group,and differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional therapy for type 2 diabetes has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the patient's blood glucose levels,control blood sugar,improve the quality of life of patients and adherence to dietary treatment,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing complications.
