目的：探求和分析综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响及特点。方法：随机选取60例冠心病患者，再将其随机分成对照组和观察组，对照组患者采用心内科的一般常规护理，包括生活护理、用药护理、饮食护理、排泄护理和吸氧护理等；而观察组在采用心内科一般常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预，包括健康教育、心理辅导、用药指导、康复训练和自我监管等。结果：观察组患者在进行综合护理后的生活质量明显比对照组高(P＜0.05)；观察组患者的血压、血脂明显比对照组下降(P＜0.05)；观察组患者对治疗和护理的满意程度明显比对照组高(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理干预有利于提高冠心病患者的生活质量，临床治疗中和后期恢复中都值得大力推荐。

Objective:To explore and analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and characteristics.Methods: 60 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly selecte,and then randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing of department of cardiology,including life nursing,medication nursing,diet nursing,excretion nursing and oxygen nursing. While the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the base of conventional nursing of department of cardiology,including health education,psychological counseling,medication guidance,rehabilitation training and self supervision ect.Results:The quality of life of patients in the observation group after comprehensive nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure,blood lipid of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The treatment and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease is beneficial to improve the life quality of coronary heart disease.Clinical treatment and recovery are worth to recommend.
