目的：分析血标本采集法对细菌临床检验准确性的影响，探讨对细菌临床检验准确性的影响因素。方法：2011年2月-2014年2月收治实施临床细菌检验患者180例，分为观察组和对照组，对其实施不同临床血标本采集方法，对比分析临床检验合格率和阳性率。结果：对照组病原菌检出率、标本污染率分别为7.8%、13.3%(P＜0.05)，观察组病原菌检出率、标本污染率分别为13.3%、5.6%，两组差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：细菌临床检验准确性的影响因素较多，其中改进标本采集方法能够提高临床检验准确性，值得推广。

목적：분석혈표본채집법대세균림상검험준학성적영향，탐토대세균림상검험준학성적영향인소。방법：2011년2월-2014년2월수치실시림상세균검험환자180례，분위관찰조화대조조，대기실시불동림상혈표본채집방법，대비분석림상검험합격솔화양성솔。결과：대조조병원균검출솔、표본오염솔분별위7.8%、13.3%(P＜0.05)，관찰조병원균검출솔、표본오염솔분별위13.3%、5.6%，량조차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：세균림상검험준학성적영향인소교다，기중개진표본채집방법능구제고림상검험준학성，치득추엄。
Objective:To analyze the influencing effect of blood specimen collection method on the accuracy of bacterial clinical text,and to investigate the influence factors of the accuracy of bacterial clinical text.Methods: 180 cases of patients with bacterial clinical text were admitted from February 2011 to February 2014,which were divided into the abservation group and the control group.We carry out different clinical blood specimen collection method,and compare the analysis of the qualified rate and the positive rate of clinical examination.Results:The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 7.8%,and the sample pollution rate was 13.3% in the observation group(P<0.05). The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 13.3%,and the sample pollution rate was 5.6% in the control group(P<0.05).The differences of the two items was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence factors of the accuracy of bacterial clinical text are many,and improving specimen collection method can increase the accuracy of clinical text,so it is worthy of promotion.
