目的：探讨动态血压与微量白蛋白监测对诊治妊娠期高血压疾病的临床价值。方法：2012年1月-2014年1月收治妊娠期高血压患者，并进行动态血压监测和尿微量白蛋白排泄率检测。结果：两组孕妇24小时DBP、24小时SBP、晚上DBP、晚上SBP、100天DBP平均值、100天SBP平均值、24小时UMAE、晚上UMAE、100天UMAE平均值比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，尿微量白蛋白排泄率、血尿酸与血压呈正相关。结论：动态血压与微量白蛋白及血尿酸监测是诊治妊娠期高血压疾病的重要依据。

목적：탐토동태혈압여미량백단백감측대진치임신기고혈압질병적림상개치。방법：2012년1월-2014년1월수치임신기고혈압환자，병진행동태혈압감측화뇨미량백단백배설솔검측。결과：량조잉부24소시DBP、24소시SBP、만상DBP、만상SBP、100천DBP평균치、100천SBP평균치、24소시UMAE、만상UMAE、100천UMAE평균치비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，뇨미량백단백배설솔、혈뇨산여혈압정정상관。결론：동태혈압여미량백단백급혈뇨산감측시진치임신기고혈압질병적중요의거。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of ambulatory blood pressure with microalbumin in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods:Patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.The ambulatory blood pressure was monitored and the excretion rate of urine microalbumin was detected.Results:In the pregnant woman of two groups,the 24 hours DBP,24 hours SBP, night DBP,night SBP,the average value of 100 days DBP,the average value of 100 days SBP,24 hours UMAE,night UMAE,the average value of 100 days UMAE were compared.The difference was statistically significant.The excretion rate of urine microalbumin and blood uric acid were positively related to blood pressure.Conclusion:The monitoring of ambulatory blood pressure with microalbumin and blood uric acid was the important basis in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
