目的：为降低早产儿发生率，提高新生儿质量，从中西医两方面分析早产的相关因素。方法：2012年5月-2013年10月收治早产儿136例，进行病因分析。结果：胎膜早破、双胎、妊娠高血压综合征、胎位不正、胎盘异常是早产的主要原因。结论：母体与胎儿关系密切，故孕前适龄婚配、婚前体检、增强体质、孕后注意护胎养胎、定期产检显得尤为重要。

목적：위강저조산인발생솔，제고신생인질량，종중서의량방면분석조산적상관인소。방법：2012년5월-2013년10월수치조산인136례，진행병인분석。결과：태막조파、쌍태、임신고혈압종합정、태위불정、태반이상시조산적주요원인。결론：모체여태인관계밀절，고잉전괄령혼배、혼전체검、증강체질、잉후주의호태양태、정기산검현득우위중요。
Objective:In order to reduce the incidence rate of premature infant and improve the quality of newborn,the relevant factors of premature delivery were analyzed from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods:136 cases of premature were selected from May 2012 to October 2013.The etiology was analyzed.Results:Premature rupture of membranes,twin pregnancy,pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,abnormal fetal position and abnormal placenta were the major causes of premature delivery.Conclusion:The relationship between maternal and fetal is closely,so it is very important to progestation school-age marry,premarital examination,enhancement physique,pay attention to protect and nourishing the child after pregnancy,regular prenatal.
