目的：探究单纯修补术与胃大部分切除术治疗急性胃、十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔的临床治疗效果。方法：82例急性胃穿孔患者分成对照组和试验组，分别使用胃大部分切除术、单纯修补术进行治疗，然后观察两组患者的住院时间及临床疗效等。结果：试验组的手术时间明显比对照组短(P＜0.05)，此外，手术成功率、术后并发症、临床疗效均优于对照组(P＜0.05)，差异存在统计学意义。结论：把单纯修补术应用在急性胃、十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔的临床治疗中，手术成功率较高，而且手术时间及住院时间都较胃大部分切除术短，此外，还具有并发症发生率低等优点，可更加有效地促进患者康复。

목적：탐구단순수보술여위대부분절제술치료급성위、십이지장구부궤양천공적림상치료효과。방법：82례급성위천공환자분성대조조화시험조，분별사용위대부분절제술、단순수보술진행치료，연후관찰량조환자적주원시간급림상료효등。결과：시험조적수술시간명현비대조조단(P＜0.05)，차외，수술성공솔、술후병발증、림상료효균우우대조조(P＜0.05)，차이존재통계학의의。결론：파단순수보술응용재급성위、십이지장구부궤양천공적림상치료중，수술성공솔교고，이차수술시간급주원시간도교위대부분절제술단，차외，환구유병발증발생솔저등우점，가경가유효지촉진환자강복。
Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of simple repair and partial gastrectomy in the treatment of acute perforated duodenal ulcer.Methods:82 patients with acute perforation of stomach were divided into the control group and the experimental group.They were treated with subtotal gastrectomy and simple repair respectively,then we observed the hospitalization of two groups of patients and clinical effect.Results:Operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),in addition,the success rate of operation,postoperative complications and the clinical efficacy were better than the control group(P<0.05).There were statistical significance in the difference.Conclusion:The application of simple repair in the treatment of acute gastric,duodenal ulcer perforation can improve the success rate of operation, and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than subtotal gastrectomy.In addition,it also has the advantage of low complication rate,and it can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
