目的：探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法：2008年11月-2013年7月收治老年股骨转子间骨折患者35例，控制内科疾患后，置入PFNA内固定。观察其疗效。结果：35例患者均获随访，X线片示所有患者骨折均愈合，愈合时间3～4.5个月，平均3.6个月。术后髋关节功能参照Harris髋关节功能评分标准，优26例，良7例，可2例，优良率94.3%。结论：PFNA是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的一种较好的内固定方法，具有创伤小、出血少、固定可靠、操作简便、较早恢复患肢功能等优点。
목적：탐토방선고골근단수내정(PFNA)치료노년고골전자간골절적림상료효。방법：2008년11월-2013년7월수치노년고골전자간골절환자35례，공제내과질환후，치입PFNA내고정。관찰기료효。결과：35례환자균획수방，X선편시소유환자골절균유합，유합시간3～4.5개월，평균3.6개월。술후관관절공능삼조Harris관관절공능평분표준，우26례，량7례，가2례，우량솔94.3%。결론：PFNA시치료노년고골전자간골절적일충교호적내고정방법，구유창상소、출혈소、고정가고、조작간편、교조회복환지공능등우점。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of the anti rotation of proximal femoral intramedullary nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Methods:35 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected from November 2008 to July 2013.After the control of department of internal medicine disease,they were given PFNA internal fixation.Abserve the effect.Results:35 patients were followed up.X-ray showed that the fractures of all patients were healed,and the healing time was 3 to 4.5 months,average was 3.6 months.After the operation,we assessed the hip function according to the Harris hip function score.26 cases were excellent,7 cases were good,2 cases were moderate,and the excellent and good rate was 94.3%.Conclusion:PFNA is a better method of fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.It has many advantages,such as less trauma,less bleeding,easy operation,reliable fixation,early recovery of limb function and so on.
