目的：探讨内镜下氩气刀与高频电凝电切术治疗消化道息肉的治疗效果。方法：收治消化道息肉患者361例，采用内镜下氩气刀与高频电凝电切术治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：361例患者均手术成功。结论：内镜下氩气刀与高频电凝电切术治疗消化道息肉的疗效显著。

목적：탐토내경하아기도여고빈전응전절술치료소화도식육적치료효과。방법：수치소화도식육환자361례，채용내경하아기도여고빈전응전절술치료，관찰치료효과。결과：361례환자균수술성공。결론：내경하아기도여고빈전응전절술치료소화도식육적료효현저。
Objective:To explore the effect of endoscopic argon knife with high-frequency electrocoagulation resection in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:361 patients with gastrointestinal polyp were selected.They were treated with endoscopic argon knife and high-frequency electrocoagulation resection,and we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:361 patients all had successful operation.Conclusion:The effect of endoscopic argon knife with high-frequency electrocoagulation resection in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps is significant.
