目的：对盐酸帕罗西汀联合心理干预对慢性心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁障碍患者的临床疗效进行观察。方法：收治慢性心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁障碍患者60例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采取常规治疗，观察组采取盐酸帕罗西汀联合心理干预治疗。结果：治疗后，在 CO、LVEF 以及 FS 方面，对照组明显低于观察组(P＜0.05)；在SDS以及SAS评分方面，观察组明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：慢性心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁障碍患者采取盐酸帕罗西汀联合心理干预治疗方式，能使患者焦虑抑郁症状得到有效的改善，有助于临床疗效以及生活质量的提升。
목적：대염산파라서정연합심리간예대만성심력쇠갈합병초필억욱장애환자적림상료효진행관찰。방법：수치만성심력쇠갈합병초필억욱장애환자60례，수궤분성대조조화관찰조，각30례。대조조채취상규치료，관찰조채취염산파라서정연합심리간예치료。결과：치료후，재 CO、LVEF 이급 FS 방면，대조조명현저우관찰조(P＜0.05)；재SDS이급SAS평분방면，관찰조명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：만성심력쇠갈합병초필억욱장애환자채취염산파라서정연합심리간예치료방식，능사환자초필억욱증상득도유효적개선，유조우림상료효이급생활질량적제승。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of paroxetine hydrochloride combined with psychological intervention on patients with chronic heart failure combined with anxiety and depression.Methods:60 patients with chronic heart failure combined with anxiety and depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride combined with psychological intervention.Results:After treatment,in the CO,LVEF and FS,the control group was significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).In the SDS and SAS score,the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of paroxetine hydrochloride combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure combined with anxiety and depression can significantly improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression and the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
