目的：观察酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：慢性心力衰竭患者80例随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例，观察两组的疗效。结果：治疗后两组超声心动指标差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组总有效率95%显著高于对照组总有效率60.00%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组间6分钟步行距离变化比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效好。
목적：관찰주석산미탁락이편치료만성심력쇠갈적료효。방법：만성심력쇠갈환자80례수궤분위치료조40례화대조조40례，관찰량조적료효。결과：치료후량조초성심동지표차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；치료조총유효솔95%현저고우대조조총유효솔60.00%。량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；치료후량조간6분종보행거리변화비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：주석산미탁락이편치료만성심력쇠갈료효호。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic cardiac failure.Methods:80 cases with chronic cardiac failure were randomly divided into the treatment group in 40 cases and the control group in 40 cases. Compare the clinic effect of the two groups.Results: The ultrasonic echocardiography index of the two groups after treatment had significant difference,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the treatment group (95%) was better than that of control group (60.00%). There was significant difference,P<0.05. The difference of 6 minutes walking distance variation between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,P<0.01.Conclusion:Metoprolol in the treatment of chronic cardiac failure has a good curative effect.
