现代金融业中核心竞争力就是人才的竞争，尤其是基层金融专业人才，成为各微观单位实现资产合理配置、保值增值、高效财务管理的“香饽饽”。所以对金融人才的培养也应该与时俱进，精益求精。根据现实需要，不断落实金融教学改革工作，注重理论创新，并且要及时地将最有活力和生命力的理论付诸实践。本文就是以金融教学改革为中心，来探讨其理论和实践在21世纪的发展方向。

In the modern financial industry core competitiveness is the talent competition, especially grassroots financial professionals, become the micro-units to achieve rational allocation of assets, increasing the value and efficient financial management of the"meat and potatoes."So the training of financial personnel should advance with the times, the better. Ac-cording to the actual needs, and constantly implement financial education reform, focusing on theoretical innovation and timely manner to the most vibrant and viable theory into practice. This paper is centered on financial education reform, to ex-plore its theoretical and practical development in the 21st century.
