目的：分析经皮双头加压螺钉固定联合中药熏蒸治疗腕部舟状骨骨折患者的临床效果。方法选取2010年8月～2011年11月东莞市黄江医院60例腕舟状骨骨折患者，随机分成2组，对照组(n=30)以石膏固定治疗，试验组(n=30)经皮双头加压螺钉固定联合中药熏蒸。对2组患者的疗效进行对比分析。结果1年后随访发现，对照组患者的显效率为70%；试验组患者的显效率为93.3%，2组患者显效率的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论与石膏固定治疗相比，经皮双头加压螺钉固定联合中药熏蒸应用于腕部舟状骨骨折患者的疗效更佳，且具有便捷性、微创性等优点，在临床治疗中应普及应用。
목적：분석경피쌍두가압라정고정연합중약훈증치료완부주상골골절환자적림상효과。방법선취2010년8월～2011년11월동완시황강의원60례완주상골골절환자，수궤분성2조，대조조(n=30)이석고고정치료，시험조(n=30)경피쌍두가압라정고정연합중약훈증。대2조환자적료효진행대비분석。결과1년후수방발현，대조조환자적현효솔위70%；시험조환자적현효솔위93.3%，2조환자현효솔적차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론여석고고정치료상비，경피쌍두가압라정고정연합중약훈증응용우완부주상골골절환자적료효경가，차구유편첩성、미창성등우점，재림상치료중응보급응용。
Objective To analyze the effect that percutaneous double-head compression screwfixation combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of fractures of scaphoid.Methods 60 cases of scaphoid fracture patients from August 2010 to November 2011were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=30) was given plasterfixation. The test group (n=30) was received percutaneous double-head compression screw fixation combined with herbal fumigation. The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After 1 year follow-up, the effect rate in the control group was 70% while in the test group was 93.3%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with plaster fixation, percutaneous double-head compression screw fixation combined with herbal fumigation applied in treatment of scaphoid has a convenience, minimally invasive advantages, in the clinical treatment should be generalizable.
