目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2012年3月～2013年7月来梅州市平远县人民医院儿科门诊及住院治疗的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿96例，随机均分为对照组（n=46）和观察组（n=50）。对照组应用布地奈德雾化吸入加酮替酚进行治疗，口服酮替酚片，1 mg/次，2次/d；观察组应用布地奈德雾化吸入加孟鲁司特钠，口服孟鲁司特钠，6岁以下患儿服用4 mg，6岁以上患者5 mg，患儿睡前服用，1次/(片·d)。连续治疗3个月后分析其疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为92.0%，明显高于对照组的总有效率80.4%；观察组临床症状改善时间均明显优于对照组；观察组总复发率8.0%，明显低于对照组总复发率17.4%，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效显著，可明显改善患儿临床症状、降低复发率。
目的：探討孟魯司特鈉聯閤佈地奈德在小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘治療中的臨床療效。方法選取2012年3月～2013年7月來梅州市平遠縣人民醫院兒科門診及住院治療的咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒96例，隨機均分為對照組（n=46）和觀察組（n=50）。對照組應用佈地奈德霧化吸入加酮替酚進行治療，口服酮替酚片，1 mg/次，2次/d；觀察組應用佈地奈德霧化吸入加孟魯司特鈉，口服孟魯司特鈉，6歲以下患兒服用4 mg，6歲以上患者5 mg，患兒睡前服用，1次/(片·d)。連續治療3箇月後分析其療效。結果觀察組的總有效率為92.0%，明顯高于對照組的總有效率80.4%；觀察組臨床癥狀改善時間均明顯優于對照組；觀察組總複髮率8.0%，明顯低于對照組總複髮率17.4%，差異均有統計學意義（均P＜0.05）。結論孟魯司特鈉聯閤佈地奈德治療小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘臨床療效顯著，可明顯改善患兒臨床癥狀、降低複髮率。
목적：탐토맹로사특납연합포지내덕재소인해수변이성효천치료중적림상료효。방법선취2012년3월～2013년7월래매주시평원현인민의원인과문진급주원치료적해수변이성효천환인96례，수궤균분위대조조（n=46）화관찰조（n=50）。대조조응용포지내덕무화흡입가동체분진행치료，구복동체분편，1 mg/차，2차/d；관찰조응용포지내덕무화흡입가맹로사특납，구복맹로사특납，6세이하환인복용4 mg，6세이상환자5 mg，환인수전복용，1차/(편·d)。련속치료3개월후분석기료효。결과관찰조적총유효솔위92.0%，명현고우대조조적총유효솔80.4%；관찰조림상증상개선시간균명현우우대조조；관찰조총복발솔8.0%，명현저우대조조총복발솔17.4%，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론맹로사특납연합포지내덕치료소인해수변이성효천림상료효현저，가명현개선환인림상증상、강저복발솔。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with budesonide on children with cough variant asthma. Methods From 2012 March to July 2013 in the hospital outpatient department of pediatrics,96 cases with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into 46 cases in the control group (inhaled budesonide plus ketotifen treatment) and the observation group of 50 cases with aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium. The application of the control group inhaled budesonide plus ketotifen treatment, oral ketotifen tablets, 1mg/ times, 2 times /d; the observation group with inhaled budesonide combined with montelukast sodium, oral montelukast in children below 6 years old, taking 4mg, patients over 6 years of age in children with 5mg, before bedtime, 1 times / tablet /d.The curative effect of continuous 3 months after treatment was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.4%); the clinical symptom improvement time was significantly better than the control group; the total relapse rate in the observation group was 8.0%, which was significantly lower than the control group 17.4%, the difference was significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with budesonide in treatment of children with cough variant asthma has significantly clinical effects, can obvious improve clinical symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate.
