Cooperative learning is a method of study, primarily on the basis of group learning, which aims to improve the students' practical ability and comprehensive quality. For the strong practicality in English major, it is necessary to adopt co-operative learning method. This paper studies the English classroom teaching methods from the perspective of collaborative learning. By establishing cooperative groups, setting up diversified learning themes, the specific implementation process and various evaluation methods, the specific form of cooperative learning method could be applied into practice.
