目的对比直接涂片法、细菌培养法、PCR检测法在淋病奈瑟氏菌检测中的应用效果。方法选取广东省惠州市惠东县慢性病防治站2011年9月~2013年9月收治的100例确诊或疑为淋病的患者作为研究对象,取100例患者的分泌物,分别使用直接涂片法、细菌培养法、PCR检测法进行检测,对比、分析3种检测方法的检测结果。结果 PCR检测的NG阳性率为81.0%,明显高于细菌培养法(61.0%)及直接涂片法(43.0%)(χ2=9.71、χ2=30.65),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与直接涂片法相比,细菌培养法的NG阳性率更高(χ2=6.49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在直接涂片法、细菌培养法、PCR检测法3种检测法中,PCR检测法的灵敏度最高、特异性最强,是临床检测淋病的理想方法。

Objective Contrast direct smear, bacterial culture, PCR assay application results in Neisseria gonorrhoeae detection.Methods Choose the hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 admitted 100 cases of gonorrhea diagnosed patients for the study, patients taking secretions 100 cases, respectively, using direct smear, bacterial culture, PCR assay for testing, comparing,analyzing test results of three detection methods.Results NG PCR testing positive rate was 81.0%, significantly higher than the bacterial culture (61.0%) and direct smear method (43.0%) (χ2= 9.71,χ2=30.65), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); compared with the direct smear method, NG-positive rate of bacterial culture and higher (χ2= 6.49), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the direct smear, bacterial culture, PCR assay to detect three kinds of law, the maximum sensitivity of PCR assay specificity strongest, is the ideal way to clinical testing for gonorrhea.
