《魏书》中记载了北魏孝明帝时轰动一时的刘辉殴主伤胎案，李贞德在《公主之死》一书中追索了该案的来龙去脉，并根据奸非、容隐、连坐和夫妻斗讼等律令，深刻分析了汉唐之间法律的儒法化过程，同时展现了风俗文化、族群关系与性别差异的折冲互动。李贞德为论述儒家伦理体系的渗透重点关注胎儿的身体归属问题，对刘辉罪名的论证似有忽视之处，阅读时颇有疑惑，故再引经据典，对其间的身体之争与权力博弈再作分析。

"Weishu"has recorded a criminal case that Liu Hui killed Lanling Princess in sixth century. Li Zhende made a detailed described of the case according to law. In her book, she analyzes the Confucianism of legal, shows the customs and culture of ethnic minorities, ethnic relations and gender differences. In order to illustrate the penetration of Confucianism into law, she focuses on the physical ownership of the fetus. However, her analysis of Liu Hui's offense is not sufficient enough. In order to have a better understanding of the criminal case, this article reanalysis of the Death of the Princess by discussing the scramble for the ownership of body and power game.
