数值仿真是获得特快速暂态过电压(very fast transient overvoltage,VFTO)波形及研究其特性的重要方法。针对VFTO多次脉冲的全过程,提出了一种基于时域有限元(time domain finite element method,TDFEM)的VFTO仿真计算方法。构建了计及残余电荷电压的传输母线与集中参数元件的时域有限元模型,并通过与国际上认可的电磁暂态计算程序EMTP 的计算结果进行对比,验证了该方法的有效性。与EMTP的计算方法相比,该方法可以对VFTO全过程进行仿真计算,可以充分考虑母线残余电荷电压的分布特性,以及可以获得传输线沿线所有点的电压和电流离散值。
數值倣真是穫得特快速暫態過電壓(very fast transient overvoltage,VFTO)波形及研究其特性的重要方法。針對VFTO多次脈遲的全過程,提齣瞭一種基于時域有限元(time domain finite element method,TDFEM)的VFTO倣真計算方法。構建瞭計及殘餘電荷電壓的傳輸母線與集中參數元件的時域有限元模型,併通過與國際上認可的電磁暫態計算程序EMTP 的計算結果進行對比,驗證瞭該方法的有效性。與EMTP的計算方法相比,該方法可以對VFTO全過程進行倣真計算,可以充分攷慮母線殘餘電荷電壓的分佈特性,以及可以穫得傳輸線沿線所有點的電壓和電流離散值。

The numerical simulation is an important method for obtaining very fast transient overvoltage(VFTO) waveforms and studying the characteristics of VFTO. This paper presented a new VFTO whole process simulation method based on time domain finite element method(TDFEM). The transmission line model and lumped parameter element models were established by TDFEM, and the VFTO calculation results by internationally recognized electromagnetic transient program (EMTP) and TDFEM were compared to verify the correctness of the proposed method. The proposed method can calculate the whole process of VFTO and the voltage and current discrete values at all points along the transmission line. At the same time, the trapped charge distribution characteristics of the transmission line could be taken into consideration.
