对PTA氧化反应器尾气冷凝系统的操作条件进行了探讨。利用数学拟合的方法,建立带约束条件的非线性规划方程,对冷凝器的发生蒸汽压力的等级进行了优化计算。以某PTA工艺的数据为例,建立并求解了非线性模型,最终确定压力等级。

The operation condition for vent gas condensation system in PTA oxidation reactor was discussed in this paper. By using numerical simulation method, nonlinear programming equations with constraints were built, and the pressure rate for the steam in condenser was optimized. Exampled with the data in PTA process, nonlinear models were established and solved, and the pressure rate was ifnally determined.
