为了提高科技创新水平,解决科技投入与金融创新之间存在的问题,本文在分析科技投入与科技创新关系的基础上,研究了科技投入与金融创新的互利相辅关系,提出了通过互利相辅推动科技投入与金融创新共同发展的对策。分析结果表明科技创新离不开科技投入,科技投入通过科技创新促进了金融创新。科技投入作为基础性和资本性投入,离不开多种资源尤其是金融创新带来的充裕资金资源的支持。

In order to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation and solve the existing problems between science and technology input and financial innovation, based on the analysis of the relationship between scientific and technological input and scientific and technological innovation, this paper studies the mutual complementary relations between them and proposes the mutual complementary measures. The analysis results show that the innovation of science and technology cannot do without science and technology investment, and investment in science and technology promotes financial innovation through science and technology innovation, while investment in science and technology as the basis and capital input, cannot do without the support of a variety of resources especially abundant capital resources that financial innovation brought.
