脏腑经络辨证是杂病的基本辨证体系和方法。《金匮要略》辨治疾病是从整体观念出发，以脏腑经络体系为理论根据，形成较完整的以脏腑经络为中心，以整体性原则和辨病与辨证相结合原则为指导，以脉证合参为主要方法，理法方药贯连的辨证论治体系。脏腑经络辨证强调疾病浅深轻重的不同层次，并为内伤杂病的辨证论治奠定了基础。对脏腑经络辨证体系的形成、内涵及对其他辨证方法的影响等方面研究现状进行分析，以期对现代中医临床医学提供理论依据。

The syndrome differentiation according to zang-fu and meridian is the basic differentiation system and method to the miscellaneous diseases. The synopsis of golden chamber treating diseases is with the concept of organic wholeness and in accordance with the theoretical system of zang-fu and meridian system. Therefore,a differential diagnosis and treatment system is formed with zang-fu and meridian system as the center,integrity and combination of disease and syndrome differentiation as the principle,synthesis of pulse and symptoms as the main method,and principle-method-recipe-medicines as the diagnosis and treatment system. The syndrome differentiation according to zang-fu and meridian emphasizes the different stages of disease severity,laying the foundation for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of miscellaneous diseases. This study researched and analyzed the present situation of the formation and connotation of zang-fu and meridian system,in order to provide the theoretical basis of modern clinical medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.
