慢性盆腔炎是指女性生殖器官、周围结缔组织及盆腔腹膜所发生的慢性炎症，是妇科最常见的生殖器官炎症之一，严重影响妇女身心健康。根据慢性盆腔炎的疾病特点，采用文献研究法检索相关文献，对近5年慢性盆腔炎的针灸治疗进行综述，以求全面了解近5年针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的现状。通过试验研究和临床观察证实针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎方法多样，针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎有显著疗效，为针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎提供大量临床经验，但也存在一些弊端，需要在临床和试验中进一步改进，以求取得最佳治疗方案，从而更好地为临床服务。

The chronic pelvic inflammation is refers to the chronic inflammation of the female reproductive organs,the surrounding connective tissue and the pelvic peritoneum,which is one of the most common genital inflammation in gynaecological department,and influence in women's physical and mental health seriously. According to the characteristics of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,literature review methods were used to retrieve relevant documents. The acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in nearly five years was reviewed,in order to fully understand the status of acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The experimental study and clinical observation confirmed that the acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease methods is diversiform. The efficacy of acupuncture treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory has improved significantly,which provides a large number of clinical experience for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. But there are some disadvantages,which need further improvements in future clinical medicine and experiment.
