近年脑血管病的发病率和死亡率逐年升高，是危及人类健康的重要公共问题，脑卒中后的并发症之一吞咽障碍严重影响患者的治疗和康复。回顾近年中医治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的不同治疗方法，包括针灸疗法，中药疗法，针药结合，针灸结合康复等，肯定中医治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效，并指出中医治疗本病在临床研究方法中存在的问题和今后的研究方向。

In recent years,the incidence and mortality of cerebrovascular disease have increased gradually,which is an important public health issue. Dysphagia,one of the complications after stroke, severely affected the treatment and rehabilitation in patients. The different traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)treatment methods for dysphagia after stroke in recent years were reviewed in this study including acupuncture,herbal therapy,acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation. The study confirmed the efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment for dysphagia after stroke, and pointed out the problems and the future research direction of TCM treatment for this disease.
