“订单班”人才培养是校企合作的一种有效形式,是企业获得人力资源的有效保障。文章以湖州职业技术学院为例,阐述了该校在区域产业背景下“订单班”人才培养的具体做法,分析了“订单班”人才培养中存在的困难,并从生源遴选、学生职业生涯规划指导以及制度完善等角度提出了解决对策。
“訂單班”人纔培養是校企閤作的一種有效形式,是企業穫得人力資源的有效保障。文章以湖州職業技術學院為例,闡述瞭該校在區域產業揹景下“訂單班”人纔培養的具體做法,分析瞭“訂單班”人纔培養中存在的睏難,併從生源遴選、學生職業生涯規劃指導以及製度完善等角度提齣瞭解決對策。

"Order-type"talent cultivation is an effective pattern in the school-enterprise cooperation. It also effectively guarantees that the enterprise can get the target human resources. This paper employs the example of Electromechanical Engineering Department in Huzhou Vocational and Technological College and elaborates the specific way to practice the"order-type"talent cultivation considering the school's regional industry. This paper also analyzes the difficulties in the cultivation and puts forward the solution from the perspective of students' selection, guidance of students' career planning as well as the improvement of the system.
