非典型抗精神病药物在双相情感障碍治疗中的应用备受关注。非典型抗精神病药物用于双相情感障碍躁狂相和抑郁相的急性发作期治疗有较为肯定的疗效，但用于稳定期维持治疗的疗效不确定。本文介绍非典型抗精神病药物在双相情感障碍治疗中的应用，为临床合理用药提供参考。

Atypical antipsychotic agents in the treatment of bipolar disorder remain a hot issue in clinic. Their efifcacy in acute manic and depression episodes has been veriifed. However, the long-term preventive efifcacy has not yet been demonstrated. This paper reviews the application of atypical antipsychotic agents in the treatment of bipolar disorder so as to provide a guideline for pharmacotherapy in clinic.
