目的 改进明胶空心胶囊中残留氯乙醇和环氧乙烷的测定方法.方法 采用大口径毛细管柱代替标准方法中规定的10%聚乙二醇填充柱,检测器采用FID和TCD,分别进行测定.结果 对氯乙醇和环氧乙烷的测定中,采用大口径毛细管柱分离效果优于固定液为10%聚乙二醇填充柱;检测器采用FID优于ECD.结论 该方法重现性佳,分离效果好.

Objective To improve the method for detecting residual chlorine ethylene oxide and ethanol in gelatin hollow capsules.Methods The 10% polyethylene glycol packed column was replaced by a large caliber capillary column.Detection was conducted with FID and TCD as detectors.Results The large caliber capillary column was superior to the packed column with stationary liquid of 10% polyethylene glycol in the separation effect.FID was better than ECD for detection.Conclusions This new method has better repeatability and separation effect.
