医用几丁糖是新型医用高分子材料,通过亚慢性毒性研究评价其生物学安全性。SD大鼠40只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每周腹腔注射2次,连续13周。试验期间每周测量体重和摄食量,每日进行临床观察。试验结束进行血液学、血清生化学和30个器官组织病理组织学检查。对照组和试验组大鼠均无动物死亡,一般症状观察、摄食量、脏器比重、血液学、血液生化学、大体形态及组织结构均未见异常。试验组大鼠注射后体重短暂降低。生物学检测结果均在可接受范围内。医用几丁糖有无明显毒性反应,具有良好的生物学安全性。

의용궤정당시신형의용고분자재료,통과아만성독성연구평개기생물학안전성。SD대서40지,수궤분위대조조화시험조,매주복강주사2차,련속13주。시험기간매주측량체중화섭식량,매일진행림상관찰。시험결속진행혈액학、혈청생화학화30개기관조직병리조직학검사。대조조화시험조대서균무동물사망,일반증상관찰、섭식량、장기비중、혈액학、혈액생화학、대체형태급조직결구균미견이상。시험조대서주사후체중단잠강저。생물학검측결과균재가접수범위내。의용궤정당유무명현독성반응,구유량호적생물학안전성。
As a new type of medical polymer materials,the biological safety of medical chitosan was evaluated through subchronic systemic toxicity study.Forty SD rats were randomly divided into control group and test group,and injected by intraperitioneal route,2 times a week,for 13 weeks.Body weight and feed intake were measured weekly and clinical observations were performed daily through-out the trial.Hematology,blood biochemistry and the histopathology of 30 organs and tissues were investigated at the end of the trial. There were no animal death during the experiment,no obvious changes in clinical observations,feed intake,organ weight,hematology, blood biochemistry or histopathology between test group and control group.The rats′weight of the test group were lower than that of the control group for a short time after injection.The biological test results were in the acceptable range.The medical chitosan does not in-duce subchronic toxicity,and has good biological safety.
