利用时域方法检测非稳态心电信号T波交替现象,使其摆脱频域谱分析中稳态心率的限制。基于时域移动平均方法给出T波交替检测模块流程,利用奇数和偶数心拍的中位波形的最大差值作为T波电交替值。基于时域移动平均方法对ST-T数据库部分样本进行仿真验证,所测交替结果与谱分析法有较好的相关性,能够动态跟踪非稳态T波交替。时域检测移动平均法更能反映非稳态T波幅度及形态逐拍变化的心电变异现象,更适合日常动态心电监护。

To detect T-wave alternans (TWA)phenomenon of the nonstationary electrocardiogram(ECG)based on the time-domain method replace of the traditional spectral method which has limits on stational heart rate.TWA module process based on the moving average beat analysis which detects the alternans amplitude using the maximum difference between the computed median beats of even and odd beats were introduceel.We tested the time domain method using the European ST-T clinical ECG database.The re-sults showed that the moving average beat analysis had good correlation with spectral analysis and could reach tracking time-varying TWA phenomenon dynamically.The time domain method of moving average beat analysis tracks the T wave variation in the amplitude or morphology of the beat-to-beat ECG more accurately and it is suitable for daily dynamic ECG monitoring.
