本文在建设“幸福湛江”、“幸福广东”大环境下论述了湛江体育休闲文化发展的现状，阐述体育休闲文化发展在建设幸福湛江中的作用，并对构建适合湛江发展的体育休闲文化产业链的可行性进行了研究分析。

Based on the construction of"happy Zhanj iang","happy Guangdong"environment,the pa-per discusses Zhanjiang leisure sports culture development present situation,elaborates the role of sports leisure and cultural development in the construction of happy in Zhanjiang,and the feasibility of building the sports culture industry chain for the development of Zhanj iang to carry on the research analysis.
