简述了低阶煤的利用现状及热转换过程中存在的问题,总结了水热预处理、酸预处理、溶剂溶胀、热预处理、氧烷基化及加氢预处理等预处理技术对低阶煤的结构、热解反应性和焦油品质及收率的影响。提出了合适的预处理技术可以降低煤的液化条件,提高煤的热转换效率,改善焦油品质,实现低阶煤的清洁高效利用。
簡述瞭低階煤的利用現狀及熱轉換過程中存在的問題,總結瞭水熱預處理、痠預處理、溶劑溶脹、熱預處理、氧烷基化及加氫預處理等預處理技術對低階煤的結構、熱解反應性和焦油品質及收率的影響。提齣瞭閤適的預處理技術可以降低煤的液化條件,提高煤的熱轉換效率,改善焦油品質,實現低階煤的清潔高效利用。

This paper introduces the utilization status of low rank coal and the problems during ther -mal conversion ,summarizes the influence of pretreatment technologies such as hydrothermal pretreat -ment,acid pretreatment,thermal pretreatment,solvent swelling,oxyalkylation and hydrogenation pre-treatment to the structure,pyrolysis reactivity,tar quality and yield of low rank coal.It is proposed that with appropriate pretreatment technology , coal liquefaction conditions can be lowered , thermal conversion efficiency is increased ,and tar quality is improved.Therefore,the goal of using low rank coal in a clean and efficient way can be achieved .
