当前我国的改革由增益型改革转向公平正义型改革是维护社会稳定、促进经济发展和实现中国梦的必然要求，而民众所固有的平均主义的观念、社会制度的不完善及不合理的社会结构是制约这种转变的负面因素。为此，必须以推进法治化进程、构建利益协调机制及加快农村发展为突破口，维护和增进弱势群体利益，实现公平正义。
噹前我國的改革由增益型改革轉嚮公平正義型改革是維護社會穩定、促進經濟髮展和實現中國夢的必然要求，而民衆所固有的平均主義的觀唸、社會製度的不完善及不閤理的社會結構是製約這種轉變的負麵因素。為此，必鬚以推進法治化進程、構建利益協調機製及加快農村髮展為突破口，維護和增進弱勢群體利益，實現公平正義。

The current transition from benefit - increasing reform to equality - and - justice - oriented reform is a necessary requirement for maintaining social stability,promoting economic development and realizing the China Dream,while the idea of equalitarianism upheld in the public mind,the imperfect social institutions and unrea-sonable social structures are negative factors constraining this transition. Therefore,we must promote the realiza-tion of rule of law,build the interest - coordinating mechanism,and accelerate the development of rural areas,so as to protect and enhance the benefits of disadvantaged groups and realize equality and justice.
