As a core content of perfecting and developing socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the mod-ernization of state governance is an important innovation in the philosophy of state governance and also the gen-eral goal of deepening the reform in an all - around way. The modernization of state governance involves the“five - in - one”construction of economy,politics,culture,society and ecological civilization,being a realistic requirement for realizing the China Dream.
