主动脉夹层需要及时有效的临床干预。近年来，由于多层螺旋CT的广泛应用，主动脉夹层的诊断率大幅提高。多层螺旋CT血管成像作为一种快捷、无创的检查方法已经广泛应用于主动脉夹层的诊断及术后的随访过程中。不断改进的主动脉CT扫描方案及强大的后处理功能使得主动脉夹层的诊断更为准确，为临床干预提供了充足的依据。针对多层螺旋CT血管成像技术在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用及研究进展进行综述，并预测其今后的发展方向。

Aortic dissection is a life-threatening emergency disease, which needs immediate and effective clinical interventions. In recent years, owing to the widespread use of multidetector computed tomography, the rate of diagnosis of aortic dissection has significantly improved. As a convenient and noninvasive examination, multidetector computed tomography angiography has been used widely in the preoperative diagnosis of aortic dissection and postoperative follow-up. Improving CT scan protocols and powerful post-processing function make the diagnosis of aortic dissection more accurate and provide adequate evidences for clinical treatments. This review summarized the recent application and research progress of multidetector computed tomography angiography in the diagnosis of aortic dissection and its future perspective.
