脑胶质瘤是危害人类健康的常见疾病。近年来,多种新型正电子显像剂的开发和应用在脑胶质瘤的诊断、分级、术前评估及治疗疗效评价中展现了广阔的发展前景。对目前应用于脑胶质瘤的几类显像剂,如葡萄糖类、氨基酸类、核苷酸类、乏氧类及胆碱类等作一综述。
腦膠質瘤是危害人類健康的常見疾病。近年來,多種新型正電子顯像劑的開髮和應用在腦膠質瘤的診斷、分級、術前評估及治療療效評價中展現瞭廣闊的髮展前景。對目前應用于腦膠質瘤的幾類顯像劑,如葡萄糖類、氨基痠類、覈苷痠類、乏氧類及膽堿類等作一綜述。

Brain glioma is one of the most common diseases that threatens people’s health. Recently, various novel PET radionuclides have been invented and introduced into clinical practice. They have shown potentials in wide fields, such as diagnosis, tumor grading, preoperative evaluation, therapeutic efficacy, etc. We reviewed several types of PET radionuclides that used for brain glioma imaging, such as fluorescent glucose analog, radiolabled amino acid, and anloges of nucleoside, hypoxia, and choline.
