为研究碳纤维在预应力空心板梁桥加固中的应用,基于现行桥梁加固设计规范,提出了碳纤维布加固预应力混凝土空心板抗弯承载力计算方法。以某始建于2006年的3跨22 m简支结构桥梁为工程依托,采用粘贴碳纤维布方法对该桥进行加固,对加固前、后荷载试验结果进行对比分析,结果表明,粘贴碳纤维布加固PC空心板能够提高其计算抗弯承载力,同时可以降低板梁底部混凝土拉应力,增加空心板抗弯刚度。

To study the application of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) to the strength-ening of prestressed hollow slab bridges ,in accordance with the current bridge strengthening de-sign code , the calculation method for the anti-bending bearing capacity of the PC hollow slab strengthened by CFRP was proposed .A simply-supported bridge with three spans ,each 22 m long that was built in 2006 was taken as the study background .The bridge was strengthened by binding CFRP .And the results of the load tests before and after the strengthening was compared and ana-lyzed .The results of the test show that using CFRP to strengthen the PC hollow slab can improve its calculated anti-bending bearing capacity and reduce the tensile stress in the concrete at the bot-tom of the slabs and increase the bending stiffness of the hollow slabs as well .
