为了研究液压传动中节能技术,提出二次调节静液传动技术。分析了二次调节静液传动技术基本原理和恒转矩负载下二次元件的静态调速特性,总结出二次调节的基本控制规律。建立了二次调节转矩控制系统的双闭环数学模型,并用Matlab对加载系统中的二次调节转矩控制系统的转矩动态刚度进行了仿真分析。结果表明:采用双闭环PID控制后二次调节转矩控制系统的转矩动态刚度会有显著性提高。

In order to study energy-saving hydraulic transmission technology, the secondary regulation hydrostatic transmission technology was proposed. This paper analyzed the secondary regulation hydrostatic transmission tech-nology fundamentals and static speed characteristics on constant torque load secondary component, and the basic control rules on secondary regulation was summed up. The mathematical model of the secondary double-loop con-trol system to adjust the torque and loading system was established, and the secondary torque control system to ad-just the torque dynamic stiffness was simulated and analyzed based on Matlab. The results showed that this second-ary torque control system with double-loop PID control could significantly improve the torque dynamic stiffness.
