针对开式阀控液压马达加载系统,通过比例溢流阀加载和比例节流阀加载来改变二次元件出口压力大小,从而实现对液压马达的加载;针对电液比例节流阀加载系统,分别对电液比例节流阀及加载系统的核心元件DSI二次元件等进行建模,进而得到整个电液比例节流阀加载系统的数学模型,运用模糊PID控制技术稳定加载系统的动态和稳态特性。
針對開式閥控液壓馬達加載繫統,通過比例溢流閥加載和比例節流閥加載來改變二次元件齣口壓力大小,從而實現對液壓馬達的加載;針對電液比例節流閥加載繫統,分彆對電液比例節流閥及加載繫統的覈心元件DSI二次元件等進行建模,進而得到整箇電液比例節流閥加載繫統的數學模型,運用模糊PID控製技術穩定加載繫統的動態和穩態特性。

Aiming at a type of valve controlled hydraulic motor loading system, the hydraulic motor loading is real-ized mainly through the proportional relief valve loading and proportional throttle valve loading to change the ex-port pressure of quadratic component. And the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve and DSI quadratic com-ponent which is the core element of the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve loading system, are mod-eled, then the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve loading system is obtained. The dynamic and steady state characteristics of the loading system are stabilized using fuzzy PID control technique.
