目的：了解IC U护理人员床头抬高30°依从性的执行现状，探讨影响护理人员抬高床头依从性的因素。方法应用床头抬高依从性调查工具表，对3个班次3个不同时间点床头抬高依从性进行连续12周的调查。结果8∶00-15∶00班、15∶00-22∶00班、22∶00-8∶00班护理人员床头抬高30°依从率分别为59?．4％、61．5％、52．7％。护士的依从率为35．0％，护师为65．5％。结论 IC U护理人员对重症患者床头抬高30°的依从性普遍较低，主要影响因素是护理人员的认识不足、责任心不强等，管理者应加强对护理人员的培训及指导，以提高依从效果。

To understand the status of the compliance to elevate the bedhead 30 degrees for severe patients in ICU ,and to explore the influencing factors .Methods The compliance to elevate the bedhead 30 degrees at 3 different times of 3 nursing shifts had been surveyed for 12 weeks by the form of bed head elevation compliance survey tool .Results The compliance rates of 8∶00 to 15∶00 shift ,15∶00 to 22∶00 shif t ,22∶00 to 8∶00 shift were 59.4%,61.5%,52.7%.There were significant difference among the 3 groups . The compliance rate in junior nurses was 35.0% ,which in senior nurse was 65.5% .Conclusion The compliance rate to elevate the bedhead 30 degrees for severe patients in ICU is generally low .The main factors are lack of knowledge and responsibility .The manager should strengthen the training and supervision of the nurse and take interventions to improve the compliance.
