目的：探讨支持性照顾在改善妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量中的作用。方法将64例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为干预组32例和对照组32例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上给予支持性照顾。采用癌症生活质量问卷核心量表对患者的生活质量进行评价。结果干预前，2组各项目评分差异无统计学意义；干预后，除经济困难外，患者的生活质量评分，其他各项目评分均高于对照组。结论对进行临床治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者实施支持性照顾，可以提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effects of supportive care on quality of life in patients with gynecological malignant tumor .Methods Sixty-four patients with gynecological malignant tumor were randomly divided into intervention group (n= 32) and control group (n= 32) .The control group was given conventional care ,the intervention group was given supportive care on the basis of routine nursing .The EORTC QLQ-C 30 scale was used to surveye patients′quality of life .Results There was no statistical significance in scores of quality of life between 2 groups ,before intervention . After intervention , the factor scores of EQRTC QLQ-C 30 scale in the intervention group were higher than that in the control group ,except economic difficulty factor .Conclusion Supportive care can improve the quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumor .
