教师角色是指处于教育系统中教师所表现出来的由其地位决定的符合社会对教师期望的行为模式。新课改背景下体育课堂教师角色呈现多元化现象,具有多样性、相似性、灵活性、服务性等特征。体育教师角色动态变化,有助于提高学生学习的积极性、促进教师专业技能的发展、提高体育教学质量。

The role of teachers refers to a behavior mode that is presented by teachers in the education system, de-cided by their status, in conformity with the society’s expectations for teachers. Under the background of new cur-riculum reform, the role of physical education classroom teachers shows a phenomenon of diversification, having such characteristics as diversified, similar, flexible, service oriented etc. The dynamic change of the role of physical education teachers is conducive to promoting students’ learning initiative, boosting the enhancement of teachers’ professional skills, and enhancing physical education teaching quality.
