From the perspective of building a more complete and rational governmental public sports service assurance system, the authors expatiated on the issue of legal realization and assurance of teenager health right, analyzed domestic and oversea legal provisions and regulations regarding teenager health right protection, expounded the governmental public sports service mechanism’s strategies for dealing with teenager health right assurance: intensify the govern-ment’s obligation in teenager health right realization and assurance;form a teenager health right protecting social at-mosphere and policy environment;build a more complete teenager health right assurance system.
