目的：观察在进行康复训练同时配合针刺治疗对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响。方法将66例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分成对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=33)，观察两组患儿治疗前后粗大运动功能测试(GMFM)评分。结果治疗后，两组GMFM评分显著提高(P<0.001)；观察组提高值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合康复训练可更有效提高患儿的粗大运动功能。
목적：관찰재진행강복훈련동시배합침자치료대경련형뇌탄환인운동공능적영향。방법장66례경련형뇌탄환인수궤분성대조조(n=33)화관찰조(n=33)，관찰량조환인치료전후조대운동공능측시(GMFM)평분。결과치료후，량조GMFM평분현저제고(P<0.001)；관찰조제고치고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론침자결합강복훈련가경유효제고환인적조대운동공능。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 66 chil-dren with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group (n=33) and observation group (n=33). They were evaluated with Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) before and after treatment. Results The scores of GMFM improved significantly in both groups af-ter treatment (P<0.001), and improved more in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture com-bined with rehabilitation training can further improve the motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
